I’m a behavioural and organisational psychologist with over 30 years of experience leading people strategy, DEIB initiatives, and learning design in global, mission-driven environments. My work blends systems thinking with strategic empathy — helping teams and organisations build inclusive, human-centred cultures where people can thrive.
