Five free coaching sessions this October

If you’ve been out of work for a long time, this is for you.

I’m offering five free one-hour career coaching sessions during October. No cost, no strings, and nothing to book afterwards unless you want to.

Long-term unemployment does something specific to people. It isn’t only the practical problem of finding work. It’s what happens to your sense of what you’re worth after months of applications that go nowhere, and how hard it becomes to talk about yourself as someone capable when you’ve stopped feeling like it.

A single session won’t fix a job market. But it can help you get clear on what you actually want, work out what’s genuinely in the way, and find a way of talking about your experience that sounds like you rather than like an apology.

What you get: one hour, one to one, online. Plus a short written summary afterwards with what came up and what to do next.

How it works: fill in the form below. The first five people to complete it get a session, and I’ll email you a link to book a time that suits you. If you’re not one of the five, I’ll let you know rather than leaving you waiting.

A few questions so I can prepare properly and we can use the hour well. It takes about five minutes.

I'll use what you write here to prepare for our session. Nothing you write is shared publicly or with anyone else, and I'll delete it after the sessions are finished
