FRACTIONAL SUPPORT

Not every organisation needs — or can resource — a full-time OD or L&D lead. I work as a fractional partner, embedding alongside your team to provide senior-level thinking and delivery on the days and projects you need it most.

This might include:

  • Diagnosing what's really driving a culture, engagement, or performance issue

  • Building or refreshing a leadership development or L&D strategy

  • Leading a change or transformation initiative through to completion

  • Coaching internal teams on facilitation, instructional design, or people strategy

  • Providing senior OD capacity during a restructure, merger, or period of rapid growth

How it works: Engagements typically run from a few days a month to a few days a week, depending on scope. We'll agree the shape of the work in an initial conversation.
